Le Ginestre is a tourist complex on the hill of Rio nell' Elba. This village is a typical medieval hamlet situated near archaeological and mines Etruscan sites.

On the top of Volterraio mountain there are the ruins of a castle. From here we can see the sea : from Rio Marina to Capoliveri, Ortano beach, some fishermen's settlements

The apartment is a recently building, 50 m² large and it is for 3 + 2 persons. There are a sitting/dinner room with cooker and double bed settee, double room with single bad more, bathroom with douche, private scenic living terrace..

• Minimum of stay : one week , from saturday to saturday, check in from 3:00 pm, check out before 10:00 am.
• Payment :
1. 50% upon reservation (bank swift, postal order)
2. 50% at check in (by cash)
• Final clean up : 10,00 € (every person)
• Pets are regretfully not allowed
